Oseberg Mask Tee
Our brand new Oseberg Mask tee features a trefoil logo on the left breast and an Oseberg mask in traditional colours on the back, designed by our good friend Jonas Lau Markussen. Though we are not used to seeing Norse motifs in colour today, traditionally, they would have been painted in vibrant colours.
The Oseberg Mask stems from a cart that was found in the Oseberg ship burial, with a fierce face adorned on it. Similarly styled faces can be found on other parts of the ship burial as well.
