Shipping & Customs

Can my parcel be left in a safe space if I'm not in?

Unfortunately, no. All our parcels are sent tracked and to receive it you or somebody else, like a family member or a neighbour, will have to sign for it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location.

There is free UK shipping on all orders over £40.

Please keep in mind that we can only use Royal Mail when shipping alcohol to the USA, Italy, Hungry, and Germany.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are shipped withing 2 working days. Handmade items will have a production lead time, which is displayed in the item description.

My order tracking doesn't seem to be updating, can you help?

If your parcel tracking shows no movement for an unreasonable amount of time, you can email info@hornsofodin.com and we will contact the shipping provider to get you further information.

Keep in mind that there are some delays on shipping with Royal Mail after last year's strike and this year's cyber incident.

I'm not in the UK, do I need to check customs and imports information/fees?

Yes. Customs and import fees are determined by the customs authorities at the destination country, and may be applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Unfortunately this is something that we have no control over and the payment of these fees is the responsibility of the recipient.

It is the customer's responsibility to check and pay customs/import fees.

Shipping restrictions

It's the customer's responsibility to check local shipping restrictions and Horns of Odin are not liable for any items that are not accepted by the destination.

Please note that there are certain rules that have to be followed when ordering mead/ale to outside of the UK. All these can be found on the individual alcohol listings.

Please note due to Import Laws we cannot send any form of alcohol to Sweden.

Returns & Refunds

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please send an email to info@hornsofodin.com with photos of the damage, a description of the damage, and the order number.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

bsolutely. Any exchanged items must be returned in their original condition.

They should be sent within 30 days of receiving the item to the below address with a note stating the new desired size:

What is your refund/returns policy?

If you wish to return an item, we must be made aware via an email to info@hornsofodin.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please ensure you state your order number, and the item you wish to return in the email. From the date of your email, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us, and for us to receive it.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process, once the item is received back with Horns of Odin.

We do not accept returns/refunds on sale or custom items unless faulty.

We do not cover shipping on returns or exchanges (unless faulty). There is no additional charge for the new item shipping on exchanges.

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake and wish to return it, do so within 14 days of receiving your order, and leave a note in the parcel or email us to let us know. We will refund the item upon receiving it so long as it is in mint condition still. We do not cover cost of return on items ordered by mistake, and do not refund the original shipping of said item.

My entire / parts of my order was refunded - why?

If there is an issue with your order, we will email you to find a solution. If we do not receive a reply within 3 weeks of said email, we will refund the order, or the part of the order that is affected.

Custom Horn Orders

Do I need to create the design myself?

You can supply us with full designs, reference images or general concepts that we can turn into beautiful custom horns.

We will work with you to bring your ideas and designs to fruition.

We can create the designs in-house, but we also work with external specialists artists, who are able to create custom designs at an extra cost.

When will I receive my custom horn order?

The production time for custom horns is 4 weeks. We are sometimes able to fulfil orders quicker during quieter periods of the year, however please be patient within the first 4 weeks, as all custom orders are hand carved by our in-house experts.

Are there any restrictions to what I can have on a horn?

We will always work with you to tweak any ideas that aren't possible, and provide suitable alternative solutions.

My horn was sent without a name

If you've opted for a personalised horn, but have not provided a name for us to carve, we will email you to request the name. If we do not receive a reply within 2 weeks of said email, we will send the horn as is.
