These beautiful Arm Rings are made from durable stainless steel and feature the entire Elder Futhark runic alphabet. Each one had been carefully finished with an antique black coating

Our arm rings come in one size, but can be adjusted by firmly pushing an either side to make make them a little small, or the opposite to make bigger. We recommend slowly adjusting until you reach the desired size, as to not but too much strain on the arm ring. However, because these are made from a high quality stainless steel, they are very durable and hold to to wear and tear well. 

Runes - Runes are a complex and beautiful part of the Viking Age, but also one of the most understood (and often misinformed areas). Elder Futhark runes were prominently used up until the start of the Viking Age, before a transition period started towards the Younger Futhark rune set. This saw the 24 rune set be simplified to just 16. The reason for this is unknown, but it has been theorized that it could have been to make carving organic material easier. 

Runes were use as a writing source, and there is little (to no) evidence of them being used individually with magical intent. That being said, they certainly were used to write out spells.
